Vantage Baseball Academy Head Coach.

A native of Greensboro and a graduate of Grimsley High School, Paddy went on to play four years of Division I baseball as a pitcher at Western Carolina University.

During his collegiate career, Paddy spent his summers competing in some of the top summer leagues in the country, including the Coastal Plain League (CPL) and the Valley Baseball League. These environments allowed him to compete against premier talent and refine his understanding of high level pitching and game strategy.

He has many years coaching at the you level and has managed travel ball teams at both the regional and national level.

As the Head Coach of our Middle School team, Paddy is committed to preparing young athletes for the transition to the high school . He combines his D1 experience with a passion for mentorship, focusing on technical fundamentals, arm care, and the mental toughness required to succeed at the next level.
